In December 2017, porn star August Ames committed suicide. According to Fox News (2017), August Ames revealed that she was sexually abused and suffered trauma as a result of the sexual molestation she had experienced while growing up. She had also experienced depression and mental health issues. In December 2017, August Ames shared comments on social media about her refusal to have sex with a male actor who worked in gay porn. Again in December, 2017, another porn star called Yurizan Beltran (Yuri Luv) was found dead as a result of an apparent drug overdose. In July of 2017, Yurizan Beltran tweeted that she hoped to arrive at her death late, in love and a little drunk. I am not sure if her tweet was literal or if it was metaphoric, but what I do know is that a person's words and actions are reflections of what may be going on inside of them. The word of God in Luke 6:45 says, 'for the mouth speaks what the heart is full of'. I personally believe that for a person to say that they hope to arrive at the death late, in love and a little drunk could mean that they are looking to be comforted. On January 7th, 2018, porn star Olivia Nova dies at age 20. She is among the growing list of young porn stars to succumb to untimely deaths according to Fox News (2018). According to Metro UK (2018), The cause of death for Olivia Nova is because she contracted sepsis from a severe urinary tract infection that spread to her kidney. Do you see a trend here? Or the better question is, what on earth is going on? All these beautiful souls experienced untimely deaths at such young ages. They all experienced their share of of pain, trauma, and challenges relating to circumstance or personal decisions. As mentioned in my book Sexual Strongholds, nothing good comes out of pornography.
